Holy Shit(helmet rule)

I am sure of it that those two words(or atleast other such words)would have come out of every person who would have been using the road today…

It was amazing almost all(my guess 94.59%)the motorised two wheelers were wearing a helmet..dam good..i hope that it continues and not like after a month no one wears the helmet…

what people really dont understand is that it REALLY helps if u wear it.if u dont like the helmet dont use the bike use other means of transport(car,bus,train&famous auto rikshaws)

you should have seen the shops in the thousandlights area there was a mob outside each n everysingle store..kinda liked that system 1st time seeing in chennai,the crowd waiting out in a ORDERLY MANNER waiting for their turn to get into the shop generally seen it in other countries during x’mas sale n all…

oh and one more thing that the media dint publicize…yest which was june 1st was also the day when seat belts were to come into play..but i guess that dint work out that well…dint see anyone being stopped for that…

(now where is the law where they allow booze at restaurants)

UPDATE :according to THE HINDU it was more that 90%
